ROCK-MOMS

Sister Sister Duo

Meet Joi Adams and Janette Ellis, the Rock-Mom sister duo who are unapologetically rocking out motherhood. You can join them in the Rock-Mom club; throw your hair into a bun, slap some lipstick on, and just do it! It may not always be easy being a mother, but it's worth it!

"Sometimes you may not have all the answers, and that's ok. Just know you are doing a great job as a mom. Don't be too hard on yourself. Everyday is a new lesson, so enjoy the process "

– Joi Adams

After 3 dress changes and being able to get this size 6 dress (was a size 4 pre-baby, 8 post baby) to finally get past my hips and zip, I couldn’t leave the house without fixing my son's favorite dish. Let me tell you, trying to lose hips have been a challenge, but I’m...

I have no idea why he would even h...

I thought for so long that "snapping back" was a must. To be honest having my oldest son eight years ago, in my late twenties, my body quickly went back down to size. It took me a week to have my body back without doing anything, but breastfeeding and pumping. This go...
